The role involves overseeing end-to-end delivery — from design coordination to installation, testing, and commissioning ofHVAC, chiller, and cooling tower systemsin high-precision environments.Key Responsibilities Lead the complete execution ofcleanroom HVAC systems , including AHUs, chillers, cooling towers, and air distribution systems. Coordinate with design consultants, vendors, and OEMs to ensure adherence to project timelines and specifications. Manageinstallation, testing, and commissioningactivities at site with strict focus on safety and quality. Review engineering drawings, airflow, and temperature/humidity control systems for ISO 14644 compliance. Oversee contractor teams, monitor progress, and prepare daily/weekly project reports. Ensure strict compliance with EHS guidelines and quality assurance processes. Collaborate with procurement and design teams to resolve any technical issues on-site.Required Experience & Skills 15–20 yearsof hands-on experience inHVAC project executionfor cleanroom, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or electronics manufacturing facilities. Proven expertise inchiller systems ,cooling tower installation , and high-efficiency HVAC operations. Strong understanding ofcleanroom standards , airflow balancing, filtration, and temperature control. Ability to lead large teams and coordinate multiple vendors at complex project sites.
