Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-level Production Planning Control professional to join our team in Virar. This full-time position requires a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 5 years of work experience in production planning and control. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring efficient production processes and alignment with our company's goals.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement production plans to meet long- and short-term production goals.
  • Coordinate production schedules with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Manage resources effectively to optimize production capacity and efficiency.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products by managing schedules and troubleshooting delays.
  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to align production with supply chain activities.
  • Lead and develop a team to maintain high performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities to identify issues in production and implement effective solutions swiftly.
  • Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, enabling optimization and improvement of production systems.
  • Excellent production scheduling skills to ensure timely execution and delivery of production orders.
