Position Overview :


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with expertise in Neo4j and Python to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing robust backend systems and APIs, experience with Python frameworks, and a passion for leveraging graph databases to solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Backend Development : Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using Python.

- Neo4j Integration : Develop and optimize graph database solutions using Neo4j, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.

- Frameworks and Libraries : Utilize Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI) to build and enhance backend services.

- Software Development : Apply best practices in software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and version control.

- Collaboration : Work closely with frontend developers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Optimization : Identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize system performance and scalability.

- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, APIs, and processes.

Required Qualifications :

- Experience with Neo4j : Proven experience with Neo4j, including graph data modeling, query optimization, and integration.

- Python Expertise : Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Python-based backend development.

- Backend Systems : Experience in designing and developing backend systems and RESTful APIs.

- Frameworks : Hands-on experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Software Development Best Practices : Solid understanding of software development principles, version control (e.g., Git), and agile methodologies.

- Problem-Solving Skills : Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering efficient solutions.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Additional Databases : Familiarity with other database systems (SQL and NoSQL).

- Cloud Platforms : Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- DevOps : Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).

Education & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in backend development with a focus on Python and Neo4j.
