Description : About Quid :Quid is Indias leading AI-powered FinTech marketplace and SaaS platform transforming how individuals access credit.Our mission is to make credit simpler, smarter, and more human by providing easy access to unsecured personal loans, business loans, and credit card options for credit-seeking users.Powered by technology and data intelligence, we seamlessly connect users with lenders best suited to their credit needs - enabling informed financial choices and better credit outcomes thereby enhancing decision-making, streamline operations, and drive business efficiency.At Quid, were not just building another FinTech product - were redefining the way people experience money : fast, intuitive, and deeply personal.Role & Responsibilities : - Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using PHP (CodeIgniter / Laravel).- Build RESTful APIs for mobile and web applications.- Work with MySQL queries, joins, indexing, and optimization techniques.- Integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, SMS/Email APIs, CRM/marketing tools, etc.- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following the best coding standards.- Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing systems for better performance.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time.- Ensure application security, data protection, and best development practices.- Participate in code reviews and help improve internal development processes.Key Requirements : - 3 - 4 years of experience in PHP development.- Strong hands-on experience with CodeIgniter or Laravel.- Good understanding of OOP concepts, MVC architecture, and design patterns.- Strong knowledge of MySQL, complex queries, stored procedures, and database optimization.- Experience with REST API development and JSON/XML handling.- Familiarity with JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3.- Experience with Git version control.- Knowledge of API authentication (JWT, OAuth).- Understanding of Linux server basics, cron jobs, and deployment workflows.Additional (Optional) Skills : - Experience with RabbitMQ, Redis, or AWS SQS.- Basic knowledge of Docker, CI/CD.- Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, SES).- Experience working with high-traffic applications.Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (ref:hirist.tech)
