Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Credit Card Portfolio Manager to oversee our credit card product offerings. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer engagement, retention strategies, rewards programs, and DPD management. Responsibilities -

1. Customer Engagement and retention

• Design and implement customer engagement initiatives to enhance cardholder satisfaction and loyalty.

• Monitor customer lifecycle stages and proactively address churn risks.

• Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to create personalized experiences for cardholders.

2. Rewards Program Management

• Evaluate and enhance existing rewards programs to drive card usage and customer engagement. • Collaborate with vendors and partners to negoƟate favorable terms for reward offerings.

• Monitor program performance and recommend adjustments as needed.

3. Collections and DPD Management

• Develop strategies to minimize delinquency rates and charge-offs.

• Work closely with credit risk teams to assess credit quality and mitigate portfolio risks.

4. Reporting and Analysis

• Generate regular reports on porƞolio performance, including key metrics, trends, and insights.

• Utilize data analyƟcs to idenƟfy areas for improvement and drive informed decisionmaking.

• Present findings to senior management and recommend actionable steps.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree from a Tier-1 College

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit card porƞolio management, preferably in one of the credit card fintechs

- Strong understanding of credit card products and industry trends

- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python)

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
