Position Tech Support Assistant Manager
Scope of Job Provides technical expertise and support for streamlining the processes
Responsible for Data analysis, internal audits and creating platforms as part
of process automation
Role Specifications
Tech support
- Manages loss prevention technology and ensures system integrity.
- Provides technical support as part of system automation
- Analyses loss data and publish weekly dashboard along with the root cause
Internal Audit
- Experience in conducting comprehensive audits
- Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks and risk management principles.
- Proven ability to identify and mitigate operational and financial risks.
Projects Management
- Experience in managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders and manage project timelines and budgets.
- Experience in running agile methodology and updating the sprint dashboard
Business Analysis
- Experience in analysing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools & Power BI.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.
Skills Required :
B Tech with 3-5 years of experience in tech solutions, internal auditing, project management and stakeholder management
Experience in conducting training sessions
Knowledge of Power BI and analytical tools is must
Ability to travel for work
Ability to multitask effectively
Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal in English and Hindi is desirable
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Reduction in shrinkage and theft
Improvement in inventory accuracy
Decrease in fraudulent activity
Effective incident response and resolution
Employee satisfaction with loss prevention training and procedures
