As India's largest retailer of organic groceries, The Organic World is a leading Responsible Retailer and the flagship brand of the NIMIDA Group.Role Description:This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Marketing Executive located in Bengaluru. The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing market strategies, conducting market research, planning marketing campaigns, and driving sales initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing marketing efforts, managing communication channels, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to enhance brand presence and drive customer engagement.Qualifications- Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research skills - Strong Communication and Marketing skills - Experience in Sales and driving sales initiatives - Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team - Analytical skills to measure and improve marketing performance - Relevant academic background such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field - Experience in the retail or FMCG industry is a plus. - Activation Marketing - ATL & BTL Activates - New store launch and Store Marketing - Any Retail fmcg marketingQualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, FMCG, or lifestyle brands. - Experience in digital marketing and campaign management will be an added advantage.Please share your cv tolakshmik@theorganicworld.com
