Job duties/responsibilities:


•Screening resumes and job applications to verdict their relevance to the role.

•Conducting phone or virtual interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

•Narrowing down the pool of candidates to those who meet the client’s or company’s criteria.

•Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

•Offering constructive feedback to candidates post-interview.

•Maintaining communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure engagement and keep them interested in the position.

•Collaborating with HR department heads or clients to understand talent requirements and skills needed.

•Maintaining a pool of potential candidates for future job openings, especially in specialized areas like fashion design, merchandising.

•Providing recruitment insights to clients: Advising on current market trends, salary benchmarks, and best hiring practices.

•Drafting clear and concise job postings that accurately reflect the role and attract the right candidates.

•Enhancing the company’s reputation in the job market by sharing relevant content, achievements, and values that attract talent.

•Presenting job offers to candidates and explaining the salary, benefits, and job responsibilities.

•Ensuring all documentation and contracts are in place once the offer is accepted.

•Monitoring recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
