Objective:

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, build a strong candidate pipeline, and support our hiring objectives. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a keen understanding of industry trends, and the ability to work collaboratively to meet hiring targets.


Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Identify and attract potential candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison for hiring managers and team leads. Understand hiring needs, manage expectations, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates. Gather feedback from interviewers and coordinate subsequent interview rounds as needed.

Onboarding Support: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, working closely with HR to ensure a seamless transition. Provide necessary information and guidance to new employees.

Performance Metrics & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates. Prepare reports and insights for leadership to refine and improve recruitment strategies.

Process Improvement: Continuously enhance the recruitment process by implementing best practices, adopting new sourcing methods, and exploring technology solutions to increase efficiency.

Compensation Details:

1. Variable Pay for First 6 Months:

During the first six months, compensation will be performance-based.

You will receive ₹20,000 for each successfully placed candidate who completes the onboarding process.

Payments will be disbursed within 60 to 90 days.

2. Fixed CTC After 6 Months:

After six months, your compensation will shift to a fixed CTC with a performance-based increase of 10-40%.

3. Basic Salary: ₹15,000 per month, payable upon completing your 6-month contract.

Note: If you depart early, the basic salary will not be disbursed
