Founded in 2011, the decade-long journey of ClearTax defines growth. Starting with just 3 tech products related to tax and filing, we now build mobile and web-based SaaS products for invoices, taxes, payments, and credit and augment them with strong advanced analytics and artificial intelligence.

Mission for Specialist Sales Manager
Last year, Clear has forayed into Clear Supply Chain Suite which encompasses 4 modules - Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, Vendor Portal and Supply Chain Financing (early payments program for vendors).
We are looking for specialist sales professionals who have domain expertise into "Source-to-Pay" processes and saas solution sales for the same.
Specialist Sales Manager will lead strategic engagements with Fortune 500 CFOs and top-tier Indian enterprises, effectively showcasing Clear's value proposition. We navigate complex sales cycles, position Clear uniquely against competitors, and drive deal closure. By mastering our suite of products and leveraging CRM insights, we ensure seamless revenue generation and market expansion
Role Outcomes :
- Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals with Fortune 500 CFOs and high-turnover Indian enterprises, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the organization.
- Client Acquisition: Successfully onboard new clients from target organizations, building a strong client portfolio and expanding Clear's market presence in the enterprise sector.
- Value Communication: Articulate Clear's value proposition convincingly to CFOs/ CIOs/ Chief Digital Transformation Officers and key decision-makers, demonstrating how our suite of products addresses their pain points and adds value to their business operations.
Key Experiences :
- Domain expertise into "Source-to-Pay" processes
- Demonstrated success in selling SaaS solutions to large enterprises, preferably Fortune 500 companies or high-turnover enterprises, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the SaaS products or solutions being offered, including their features, benefits, and value proposition, and the ability to effectively communicate these aspects to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Ability to speak to technical decision makers about SaaS products and ERP integrations, should have high level knowledge about API/ SFTP/ DB level integrations
- Experience in managing complex sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure within defined timelines, including navigating multiple stakeholders and decision-making processes typical in enterprise sales.
- Proficiency in articulating the unique value proposition of the SaaS solution to potential clients, focusing on addressing their specific pain points and delivering tangible business outcomes.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, finance leaders, and other key stakeholders within enterprise organizations, becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools to manage sales pipelines, track activities, and analyze data for informed decision-making and sales forecasting.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams such as marketing, product development, customer success, and finance to align strategies, share insights, and drive collective success in achieving organizational goals.
Key Requirements :
- B.Tech in any specialization or any other UG degree
- 5-8 years B2B SaaS selling experience
- Excellent communication skills
