We are hiring for Luxury Sales- Real Estate folks for one of the leading people- centric real estate developer in South India on a mid-senior level.


'Please note that we are only looking for people from Mumbai who are willing to relocate to Bangalore.'



Job Description:

The person would be responsible for driving the sales operations for our luxury real estate division. This role involves managing a team of top-performing people, developing strategic sales plans, and fostering relationships with high-net-worth individuals to meet and exceed sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of luxury real estate agents to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and training.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives tailored to the luxury market.

Client Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, real estate investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout the buying or selling process.
  • Organize and host exclusive events, property tours, and open houses to attract potential buyers and sellers.

Market Analysis:

  • Analyze market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare detailed market reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.

Sales Operations:

  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring all transactions are handled smoothly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and promotional materials for luxury properties.

Financial Management:

  • Monitor and manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, including revenue, commission structures, and performance benchmarks.

Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal real estate regulations and industry standards.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.



Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 8+ years in the luxury real estate sales.
  • Extensive knowledge of the luxury real estate market, trends, and client expectations.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems.
