We’re here to fix what’s broken in the education system - not by complaining about its flaws, but by partnering with schools to reinvent how students discover clarity, direction, and purpose.We’re looking for curious and highly driven self-starters - people who can think, communicate, execute and ready to get their hands dirty building something that truly changes how students find direction in life.Job Details:Role: Founder’s Office InternLocation: Remote / Hybrid (occasional travel within Tamil Nadu / Bengaluru / Hyderabad)Job Type: InternshipStart date: 3rd week of NovemberInternship duration: 3 months initially; would be extended to 6 months based on performanceStipend: ₹8000/month for the first 3 months, ₹12000/month for the next 3 monthsWhat you’ll do:Lead Generation: Generating leads via different channels like , cold emails, and cold calls.Strategic Projects: Work directly with the founder on key strategic and operational initiatives that drive the company forward.School Partnerships: Support school partnership outreach - from identifying potential schools to coordinating meetings and follow-ups.Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing on-ground and digital campaigns to expand PaveMyPath’s reach and impact.Communication & Content: Contribute to presentations, pitch decks, and reports used for schools, partners, and internal strategy discussions.Market Research & Insights: Conduct research and data analysis to identify new growth opportunities and actionable insights.Project Ownership: Take full ownership of projects end-to-end, from ideation to execution, under founder mentorship.External Representation: Represent PaveMyPath in professional conversations with educators, psychologists, and institutional partners.You’ll be a right fit if:You’re a self-starter who takes initiative and gets things done without waiting for directions.You’re an excellent communicator and people oriented person who can confidently connect with people and build meaningful relationships.You’re curious & comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments.You’re impact-driven and believe in improving how high school students discover their path in life.You combine creativity with execution - turning ideas into tangible outcomes.What you’ll get:1:1 Mentorship from the Founder and exposure to high-level decision-making.Hands-on start-up experience across strategy, operations, and partnerships.Opportunities to lead initiatives independently and see direct impact from your work.A Letter of Recommendation and internship certificate on successful completion.Most importantly, a chance to grow personally and professionally, while helping thousands of high school students find their Ikigai.The Top gun gets a shot at a Founding Member Role + Equity - you’ll literally help build the company (not just observe).
