Key Responsibilities :
- Provide expert techno-functional support for PeopleSoft HCM applications, including configuration, development, and troubleshooting across various modules.
- Work extensively with PeopleSoft HCM v9.2+ and PeopleTools 8.55+.
- Configure, implement, and support core HCM modules including Core HR, NA Payroll, and Benefits Administration.
- Develop and customize applications using PeopleCode, Application Engine, and Application Packages.
- Design, implement, and support Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) configurations and customizations.
- Develop and manage integrations using Integration Broker & Web Services with both internal and 3rd party systems.
- Create and maintain reports using SQR and perform data manipulation with Oracle SQL.
- Utilize COBOL for legacy program support and enhancement as needed.
- Leverage Query Manager, Data Mover, and Pivot Grids for data extraction, migration, and reporting.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and perform thorough testing to ensure system stability and performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide clear and comprehensive documentation for all technical and functional work.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on techno-functional experience with PeopleSoft HCM.
- Mandatory expertise with PeopleSoft HCM v9.2+ and PeopleTools 8.55+.
- Proven experience in Core HR, NA Payroll, and Benefits Administration modules.
- Strong development skills in PeopleCode, Application Engine, and Application Packages.
- Extensive experience with Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
- Demonstrated proficiency in Integration Broker & Web Services for system integrations.
- Solid experience with SQR, Oracle SQL, and COBOL.
- Practical experience using Query Manager, Data Mover, and Pivot Grids.
- Proven ability to develop and support interfaces with 3rd party systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to functional stakeholders.
Desired Skills (Good to Have) :
- Experience with the Time & Labor module.
- Familiarity with Fluid UI, Work Centers, and Activity Guides.
- Experience in supporting enterprise-wide implementation or upgrade projects.
- Understanding of job scheduling and batch process optimization within PeopleSoft.
