Job Summary: The Lead Generation Specialist, qualifies, and nurtures potential leads to drive business growth.
This role involves engaging with prospects through various channels, understanding their needs, and setting up meetings or demos for the sales team.
The ideal candidate is proactive, goal-oriented, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential leads through various sources such as social media, industry events, and online databases.
Develop and execute lead generation strategies to target specific market segments.
Use tools like CRM systems, LinkedIn, and other platforms to gather contact information and build prospect lists.
Outreach and Engagement:
Initiate contact with potential leads through emails and social media.
Conduct initial qualification of leads to assess their needs and potential fit for the company's products or services.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to nurture relationships and keep them engaged.
Collaboration with Sales Team:
Please work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
Set up appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Provide detailed information about leads to the sales team to aid in the sales process.
Data Management:
Accurately record all lead interactions, activities, and contact information in the CRM system.
Track and report on lead generation metrics, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and pipeline progress.
Continuously update and maintain the lead database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Identify new opportunities for lead generation by staying current with market developments.
Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams on the effectiveness of lead generation strategies.
Performance Targets:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Contribute to overall sales targets by generating high-quality leads that convert to Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or a similar role.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g , zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Knowledge of the specific industry or product line.
- Familiarity with sales automation tools and techniques.
Compensation: Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses.
Work Environment:
