Lead/ Sr. Engineer, Digital IP Verification

Position Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for executing and coordinating verification tasks for sophisticated IP projects. You will work closely with design, architecture, and software teams to ensure that our IP designs meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This role requires strong technical expertise in verification methodologies, hands-on experience with industry-standard tools, and the ability to lead verification activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement verification plans for IP designs, ensuring comprehensive coverage and alignment with project goals.
- Create and maintain testbenches, simulation models, and verification environments to validate IP components.
- Collaborate with design and architecture teams to define verification requirements and methodologies.
- Debug and resolve design issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Contribute to the development of verification strategies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers within the verification team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest verification technologies and best practices.
Qualifications/ Skills :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-12 years of experience in design verification, with strong knowledge of verification methodologies (UVM, OVM, etc.).
- Proficiency in verification tools (VCS, Questa, etc.) and hardware description languages (SystemVerilog, Verilog, etc.).
- Experience with FPGA and/or Emulators and embedded Firmware development is an added plus.
- Solid understanding of SoC architecture, including CPU, memory, and peripheral interfaces.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex verification issues.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Perl, TCL) for automation tasks.
