Talent Acquisition Specialist – Find the People Who'll Build the Future

At IQ-Line, we're on a mission to digitally transform lives—starting with healthcare. As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you won't just fill roles—you'll build the teams that shape our future.

You'll own end-to-end hiring across tech, product, design, and leadership functions—partnering closely with founders and department heads. From job briefs to onboarding, you'll help us hire top-tier talent with speed and precision.It is contract to hire position with initial contract period being 6 months.It is also a WFO opportunity and job location is Noida.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in startups or fast-growing tech companies
  • Proven ability to close mid-to-senior level roles across tech, product, and business teams
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills
  • Expertise in using , ATS platforms, Boolean search, and modern recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate experience mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
