This is a full-time role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, located on-site in Noida. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. This role also involves developing and maintaining effective employer branding strategies and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
- Skills in Employer Branding and Recruiting
- Proficiency in Interviewing candidates
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the BPO or customer service industry is a plus
