Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tally Operator to manage our accounting and financial records using Tally software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, preparing invoices, managing payroll, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires proficiency in Tally ERP software, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update accounting records using Tally ERP software.
  • Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments.
  • Reconcile accounts and bank statements accurately.
  • Manage payroll and employee attendance records.
  • Generate financial reports and statements as required.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filings.
  • Assist with internal and external audits.
  • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Tally Operator or similar role.
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP software (Tally 9, Tally Prime preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of GST and other tax regulations.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
