We are working with over 50,000 content creators and 250+ brands and eCommerce marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, H&M, Savana (Urbanic), Only, Vero Moda, Libas, Aurelia, Mama Earth, and many more.Wishlink presents an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to and grow within the creator-enabled eCommerce space, have the chance to work at an emerging consumer-tech startup, and be an integral part of this dynamic journey.What would you be doing? Lead the end-to-end fulfillment charter for Wishlink, from strategy to execution. Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage 3PL partners, own commercial negotiations and ongoing performance governance. Drive core fulfillment KPIs — delivery TAT, cost per shipment, return rates, SLA adherence — and continuously optimize them through data-backed problem solving. Work closely with 3PL account managers to resolve operational issues, improve service levels, and build scalable processes. Collaborate with partner brands to provide fulfillment support, resolve escalations, and ensure a seamless order-to-delivery experience. Build reporting dashboards, track week-on-week improvements, and lead strategic initiatives to reduce cost, improve speed, and enhance customer experience. Own experimentation and process design for new fulfillment models, packaging flows, or logistics enhancements as we scale.What are we looking for? 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Fulfillment / Logistics / Supply Chain Ops — ideally in marketplaces, D2C brands, or 3PL companies. Strong operational rigor with the ability to deep-dive into data, identify root causes, and drive structured problem solving. Solid understanding of 3PL operations, commercial levers, and SLA/TAT metrics. Ability to independently own and drive large charters with cross-functional alignment. Communication and stakeholder management skills — both with external partners and internal teams.
