Identify and mitigate potential product risks and issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product issues and improve product design. Collect and analyze data to monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to reduce product failures and improve product life-cycle. Qualifications & SkillsDegree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Internship with a US company or US-based company. Experience in product development and design. Ability to develop and implement sustainability strategies. 5+ years of experience in a Sustaining Engineer or related role. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
