You'll be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for diagnosing issues, guiding users, scheduling services, and ensuring their Nosh robo-chef runs flawlessly.This is not just a support role, you'll own issues end-to-end, build trust with customers, and feed insights directly into our product roadmap, shaping the future of Nosh.
