Led by Jatin Sachdeva - a certified personal trainer and Indian immigrant turned entrepreneur — we’ve helped hundreds of Indians abroad transform their body and mindset using our 4-phase “Stay Fit Forever” method.Now we’re expanding. And we’re hiring a remote Sales Closer cum Assistant Fitness Coachbased in India.What You’ll Do This is a dual-role combining of Sales Closing and Fitness Coaching. Sales Responsibilities: Take Google Meeting sales calls with inbound leads Understand their health goals, challenges, and motivation Pitch our online coaching program with confidence and empathy Follow up and close high-ticket coaching plans (USD/CAD)Coaching Responsibilities: Support new client onboarding and weekly check-ins Assist in building customized workout + nutrition plans (training provided) Respond to client queries via WhatsApp and Google Sheets Use our 4-phase system to support long-term client success You’ll be trained by us — in both coaching structure and proven high-conversion sales frameworks.Requirements Based inIndiawith ability to work duringCanada/US evening hours (IST: 6 PM to 6 AM) 1–3 years experience in onlinesales and fitness coaching(both is a bonus) Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written) Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills Comfortable with Google Meeting, Google Drive, Calendly, etc Certified personal trainer (ISSA/ACE or similar) or willing to get certified within 6 monthsCompensation & Perks ₹40,000 per month (base + commissions) salary (depending on experience) Performance-based commissions Free access to our fitness & mindset coaching programs Flexible remote work setup Growth opportunities in coaching, sales, and leadershipWhy Join TrainwithJS Be part of a mission-driven brand helping Indians globally live healthier, stronger lives Work directly with the founder, Jatin — a coach who’s walked the walk Get real sales and coaching mentorship Grow fast in a lean, high-performance teamTrainwithJS is proud to be culturally inclusive and mission-driven.
