People who thrive under pressure, love winning, and are obsessed with beating targets.Role Overview Title:High-Ticket Sales Closer (Remote) – Fitness Coaching Industry Compensation:₹30,000 Base + 10–20% Commission (₹1–3L/month potential) Location:Fully Remote Experience Required:1–3+ years of High-Ticket ClosingRole Description You will take inbound appointments from leads who have already shown intent by booking an appointment. Your mission:Diagnose → Pitch → Close. Nothing else. This is a performance-driven role where yourearning potential is entirely in your hands .What you'll do : Take 3–6 high-intent sales calls per day Close prospects into 30k–1L fitness coaching programs Follow a proven script + objection management frameworks Track pipeline on CRM Hit daily, weekly, monthly revenue KPIs Learn fast and improve closing % rapidly Attend weekly training with the head coach & sales strategistWhat I expect from you : I don’t care about degrees.
