Role Description:We are looking for a smart, responsible and quick-learning fresher to join our algo trading team. The role involves daily operations monitoring, client coordination, and basic platform support. Training will be provided, so no prior trading experience is required — but willingness to learn is important.Key Responsibilities:1) Client Support & CoordinationHandle client queries through WhatsApp / Telegram / Calls.Guide new clients on deployment, onboarding & basic troubleshooting.Maintain polite, professional communication at all times.2) Daily Operations & MonitoringMonitor algo executions across multiple brokers.Check token generation, order flow, slippages, and trade status.Report any issues or abnormalities to the technical team.3) Reporting & DocumentationMaintain daily trade logs and PnL records.Update internal dashboards/spreadsheets.Share daily performance updates and alerts to clients.4) Platform Understanding (Will be Trained)Understanding algo deployments on Tradetron / broker APIs / terminal.Working with Google Sheets / Excel for tracking & reconciliation.Required Skills:Good communication skills (Hindi/English)Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledgeFast learner and responsible attitudeComfortable with answering messages professionallyAbility to remain calm under pressure in market hoursPreferred (but not mandatory):Interest in stock markets / trading / financeExperience with Telegram or WhatsApp business toolsUnderstanding of Option Trading (Training will be given)Work Environment:Location: (Your Office Location)Work Mode: On-site (Market Hours Mandatory)Timing: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Mon–Fri), Sat half daySalary Range:based on skills & learning abilityPerformance-based growthGrowth Opportunity:This role has clear progression to:Algo Deployment ManagerTrading Desk AnalystClient Relationship LeadWe promote fast growth for candidates who learn quickly & take ownership.
