Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Logistics Industry Expert with experience across Courier and 3PL players to lead our solution initiatives in the logistics sector.


Experience:

  • Operational Excellence: Developed and implemented strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs through process re engineering and optimization techniques.
  • Project Management: Led and managed multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery of results.
  • Data Analysis: Utilized data analytics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in logistics operations.
  • Process Reengineering : Designed processes for First Mile, Last Mile & Middle Mile operations for IT system development
  • Best Practices: Understanding of industry best practices for operational processes, service quality improvement
  • KPI: Understanding of lead and outcome KPIs for logistics operations
  • Shop floor experience : 2 – 3 years of core operations experience in Hub & Spoke , Linehaul, FM /LM management is preferred


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering


Experience: Minimum 12 – 15 years of experience in the Logistics sector across Courier and 3PL players. Courier experience mandatory
