JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions between software applications, databases, cloud services, and third-party systems using middleware and APIs.

- Develop, test, and manage secure, scalable, and well-documented APIs to facilitate smooth data exchange between systems.

- Implement and maintain middleware platforms that support real-time communication and ensure high reliability with minimal latency.

- Integrate on-premise and cloud-based applications (CRM, ERP, financial systems) to streamline business processes and improve data consistency.

- Optimize Data Flows and Troubleshooting: Analyze, optimize, and troubleshoot data flow processes to ensure real-time, accurate data transmission and resolve integration issues promptly.

- Ensure integration solutions meet security standards, document workflows, and mentor junior specialists while promoting continuous improvement and best practices.

PRIMARY SKILLS :

- 7 plus years of experience in systems integration, API development, and middleware technologies.

- Strong expertise in integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or Apache Camel.

- Extensive experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs, microservices architecture, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their integration services.

- Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and familiarity with data transformation technologies (e.g, XML, JSON, XSLT).

- Solid understanding of middleware technologies and message brokers (e.g, RabbitMQ, Kafka).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle complex integration challenges.

SECONDARY SKILLS (IF ANY) :

- Experience with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, HR systems) such as Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

- Strong understanding of security protocols (OAuth, JWT, SAML) and compliance standards (GDPR, PCI-DSS).

CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED (IF ANY) :

- Certifications in integration platforms (e.g, MuleSoft Certified Developer, Dell Boomi Professional Developer) are highly desirable.

- Relevant cloud certifications (AWS Certified Developer, Azure Integration Specialist) are a plus.
