Marketing Communications Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Communications Specialist to develop and execute communication strategies that promote our brand, engage our audience, and support business objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a knack for storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all communication channels and support product launches and promotional initiatives with strategic messaging. Ability to align communication strategies with overall business goals.
Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing materials, including blogs, press releases, emails, social media content, and brochures and collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to create multimedia content.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute content for integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media). Also track and measure campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize results.
Internal Communications: Design and manage internal newsletters, announcements, and updates to keep teams informed and aligned.
Conduct market research to understand target audiences and tailor messages effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
3 years of experience in marketing communications or a related role.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, email marketing, social media scheduling tools).
Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Creativity and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Understanding of market trends and competitor strategies.
Familiarity with the IT industry or audience demographics.
Experience in managing public relations challenges and maintaining brand reputation.
Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with stakeholders.
Experience in analysing performance metrics to guide decision-making.
