We are hiring for the role of Program Manager, for a leading digital Commerce Company.


Must have Skillset:- The role requires the candidate to interface with the Tech team and hence needs to be comfortable with how APIs function, and is able to understand the beckn protocol. The candidate should also be able to understand Retail B2C ecommerce to better structure KPI requirements and interface


We are in search of an accomplished Manager to spearhead the execution of Network Observability Solutions. This crucial role requires a candidate with a profound understanding of technology, APIs, and online commerce. The successful candidate will collaborate with network participants to implement strategies for observability in diverse domains such as logistics, financial services, mobility, B2B, etc., enabling partners to enhance operational efficiency.


What you will do

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Network Observability program, aligning it with the overall company objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of program managers, ensuring they are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Program Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end program management lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish key performance indicators.

Network Observability Expertise:

  • Leverage a deep understanding of online commerce and technology functioning to design and implement effective network observability solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to network observability and analytics.

Partner Collaboration:

  • Work closely with partners to understand their analytics needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their online commerce capabilities.
  • Foster strong relationships with key partners to drive collaboration and ensure the success of joint initiatives.

Domain-Specific Observability:

  • Collaborate with network participants in different domains (logistics, financial services, mobility, B2B, etc.) to tailor observability solutions that address their specific operational needs.
  • Develop and execute strategies for observability in diverse business domains, enhancing partners' capabilities.

Performance Metrics:

  • Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success of the Network Observability program.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine processes to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with network participants, understanding their unique requirements and ensuring the successful execution of observability solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

· 5+ years Experience in product/program management with a proven record of setting up operational processes that work at scale.

· At least 2 years Relevant Experience with consumer tech companies

· Strong understanding of Tech, functioning of API is needed

· Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive operational improvements.

· Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

· Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

· Sound knowledge of technology solutions.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
