Job Title: Assistant – International & Domestic Sales & MarketingIndustry: Agriculture / Agri-commodities / Food / FMCGLocation: Tilak Road, Pune.Department: Sales & MarketingReporting To: Head – International & Domestic Sales & MarketingJob Summary:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to assist in managing international and domestic sales & marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in the Agriculture or Food sector, supporting day-to-day business development, client coordination, and marketing activities to achieve company growth objectives.Key Responsibilities:Sales Support & Coordination:- Assist the sales head in managing domestic and export sales operations. - Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, purchase orders, and other sales documents. - Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and production teams for timely order execution and delivery. - Maintain and update customer databases, price lists, and product details.Client Communication:- Communicate with domestic and international clients for enquiries, order status, and shipment updates. - Follow up with clients and agents for payments, feedback, and repeat business. - Support in developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.Marketing Assistance:- Help organize marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional activities. - Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and digital content. - Gather and analyze market data, competitor information, and new business opportunities.Documentation & Compliance:- Prepare export and import documentation in coordination with CHA, freight forwarders, and other agencies. - Ensure compliance with FSSAI, APEDA, and other regulatory requirements for agri exports. - Maintain records related to shipments, contracts, and certifications.Reporting & Analysis:- Prepare periodic sales reports, MIS, and performance summaries. - Support management with market insights and sales forecasts.Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agri-Business, Food Technology, Marketing, or International Business. - 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or export documentation, preferably in the Agri / Food industry. - Knowledge of international trade practices, documentation, and logistics preferred.Key Skills:- Strong communication and coordination skills. - Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. - Attention to detail and good organizational abilities. - Basic understanding of export-import procedures and documentation. - Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
