We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Data Scientist with expertise in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Cloud Technologies to join our fast-paced and collaborative analytics team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex business challenges using cutting-edge methods in NLP, LLMs, Computer Vision, and Statistical Modeling.

The ideal candidate will not only bring technical depth and creativity but also strong leadership and communication skills to guide strategic initiatives, mentor team members, and drive value across cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities :


- Design, build, and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines including data cleaning, feature engineering, model training, validation, and deployment into production environments.

- Work on modern AI applications such as LLM fine-tuning, NLP tasks, RAG/CAG techniques, Computer Vision, and hybrid recommender systems to solve business problems.

- Use AWS (SageMaker, EC2) and Databricks to build scalable and efficient ML solutions with seamless integration into existing cloud infrastructure.

- Work with large-scale datasets using Spark, Python, and SQL; integrate data from traditional (SQL) and non traditional (NoSQL, vector) databases such as Neo4j, Cassandra, and FAISS.

- Create compelling Tableau dashboards or BI reports to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Partner with business leaders, product managers, and engineers to translate complex requirements into tangible, data-driven solutions.

- Lead data labeling and quality assurance initiatives to build training datasets for supervised and unsupervised learning.

- Apply techniques such as AutoML, Doc2Vec, Topic Modeling (LDA/LSA), XGBoost, and Object Detection/Tracking to drive model performance.

- Embrace agile frameworks including sprint planning, backlog management, and DevOps best practices for model deployment and iteration.

- Mentor junior data scientists and analysts, encourage innovation, and contribute to a culture of learning and technical excellence.


Required Technical Skills :


- Experience in programming languages like Python, Apache Spark

- Good knowledge of NLP, LLMs, Computer Vision, Hybrid Recommendation Systems

- Hands on experience on AWS & Databricks

- Experience in databases like SQL, NoSQL, Vector DBs

- In-depth knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau


Preferred Certifications :


- IBM Data Science Specialization

- Udacity Deep Learning Nanodegree

- Certified Agile Scrum Master
