Senior Manager/Manager - Internal Audit - Manufacturing Plant - CA

Multinational consumer brand looking for Sr. Manager/Manager Internal Audit for their plant location (CA with 12+ Years' experience post qualification into Internal Audits, SOX, Internal Controls & ERM)

Areas of Responsibility

- Planning Audits: Accumulate, analyze and research the audit areas - business / functions in order to focus on key business areas and value maximization.

- Ensuring Compliance: Execute work on areas assigned in audit scope in order to ensure that audits get completed on time.

- Qualitative inputs: Provide specific, practical, sharp inputs to business; carry out disciplined follow ups for improving internal control environment, monitor compliance to business policies.

- Forensic Investigation: support in forensic investigations and verify business transactions in order to detect frauds.

- Perform different audit tasks which include preparation, paperwork, and other associated reports.

- Participate in the development and implementation of policies by providing short and long-term planning.

Candidate Profile

Qualification - CA (mandatory)

This is a plant based role and only those who are willing to work there should apply.

Compensation - Max 35 Lacs

- Good understanding of internal controls and have exposure to risk based Internal auditing,

- Having knowledge of business process cycles such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay etc

- Having knowledge of Internal Control Policy drafting, SOPs

- Good Communication skills and ready to travel In and outside India.

- Exposure to SAP/ERP is must.

- Exposure of SOX compliance or J.SOX Compliances

- Carrying expert knowledge on Control Designing (CD) and able to check operating effectiveness of CD.
