Our team develops strategies and advertising campaigns with enthusiasm and cost-effectiveness, always aiming for prompt delivery.Key Responsibilities: Manageend-to-end operational executionof media campaigns across traditional platforms includingTV, Print, Radio, OOH, and Cinema , ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Coordinate closely with media planners and buyersto process release orders, secure media space, and ensure smooth workflow between internal teams and external partners. Monitor campaign schedulesto ensure timely placement of creatives, adherence to agreed timelines, and delivery of planned media spots as per client requirements. Track, verify, andreconcile campaign insertions and vendor commitmentsto ensure error-free execution and billing accuracy. Maintain and updatecampaign performance trackers, release logs, and media gridsto ensure accurate record-keeping and data management. Follow up with vendors and media housesfor confirmations, ad proofs, and post-campaign documentation, ensuring all commitments are met. Support thefinance and billing teamsby ensuring timely submission of vendor bills and assisting with verification for media settlements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams toresolve discrepancies or last-minute changesin media schedules or creatives. Assist in preparingMIS reports, campaign summaries, and performance documentationfor internal and client reporting.Requirements: 1-3 years of experiencein media operations, coordination, or media buying support (preferably within a media or advertising agency). Strongorganizational, coordination, and multitasking skillswith the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Excellentattention to detail , with a focus on accuracy in data, schedules, and documentation. Proficient inMS Excel , Google Sheets, and basic media reporting tools. Goodcommunication and vendor management skillswith a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and maintain astructured approach to execution and follow-ups .
