Location - TCS Mumbai
Only Work from Office (No Hybrid, No Remote, No Work from Home)
Shift Timing : Should be comfortable with night & Rotational Shifts on 24*7 basis
Desired Experience Range : 6 to 8 years
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education ( 10 + 2 + 3 )
Position Overview:
We are looking for candidates who have 6-8 years of experience in Darwin technologies tool , with strong expertise in international benefits administration (non-US) to manage incidents, defects, and integrations within the Darwin benefits administration platform. The ideal candidate will have exceptional operational knowledge of Darwin (Optional) , strong project management skills, experience in international benefits , and the ability to handle benefits-related queries, payroll processes, and system integrations efficiently.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Darwin benefits administration tool: Strong hands-on experience managing benefits administration and payroll workflows within Darwin box. Optional
- Project Management: Ability to drive defect resolutions, vendor coordination, and process improvements. Preferred (important skill for the job)
- JIRA & Ticket Management: Experience in handling incident tracking tools. Preferred
- Workday & MS Office Skills: Strong knowledge of Workday HR, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis), and MS Office Suite. Mandatory
- Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve complex benefits-related issues. Mandatory
- Stakeholder Communication: Strong English communication skills for engaging with international clients, payroll teams, and vendors. Mandatory
- Experience in International Benefits (non US )- Mandatory
