Documentation, Reporting & Audit Readiness *Requirements:*1. Good knowledge of mechanical / electrical / HVAC / UPS / battery / building systems 2. Strong vendor / contract management skills 3. Proactive, forward-looking with preventive approach 4. Good knowledge in Google sheet and Excel sheet 5. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills 6.Understanding compliance, safety, building codes, regulatory norms 7. Knowledge of Asset, Expense & Data Management 8. Should be driven in Procurement, Invoices & Expense Management 9. Must have knowledge of (SOPs), protocols, and checklists for facility usage and compliance 10. Must be aware of concept of Opex/Capex/Budget related Data11. Previous Experience will be more than 2 years in related industry
