ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise the work of a team for purchases & Stores.
  • Execution of Regular Revenue & Capital Indents & Monthly Indent of Plant & CC’s, Emergency PR’s and SR.
  • Inventory controller and coordinate with cooperate buyers and other plants Incharges.
  • Follow-up on regular orders & Open orders for delivery of materials In-Time.
  • Co-ordinate with respective parties for service support at the time of servicing of machinery/materials
  • Co-ordinate with Logistics to arranging of Transport / freight charges confirmation etc. and Tracking with Carrier for the consignment to till the delivery time.
  • GRN/Bills Submitting to Accounts to closing of Adhocs advances & recommended for balance payments
  • Stores: Keeping an inventory of the stock position, maintaining minimum stock levels.
  • Follow the Food safety norms/fire safety norms as per organization standards for storing materials at godown.
  • Verify the Inward entry materials, materials issues/consumptions, and physical stock verification and Stock Transfer and Maintaining records for sending materials on Returnable & Non-Returnable materials.
  • Dealing with the rejected material and send back procedure to the suppliers with a proper documentation.
  • Preparation of MIS Reports
  • Vendor development and evolution, to check the potential vendor in local market.
  • Co-ordinate for Internal Audit/Accounts Dept. for ERP stock level Vs Physical stock level every Quarter/Half-Yr & Yearly for Revenue /Capital. Arranging necessary Audit samples.

Education qualification: Bachelor degree/Diploma in material management/Material Management

Experience: 7-10 years experience in the relevant field
