  • Implementation of AI/ML algorithms and frameworks with emphasis on computer vision and image processing techniques.
  • Perform image processing tasks, including feature extraction, object detection, and segmentation.
  • Implement image stitching techniques to create seamless mosaics from drone-captured images.
  • Hands-on experience in the complete MLOps pipeline including: data collection, cleansing, profiling, data preparation and curation of data.
  • Al/ML Model development, experimentation, tuning and validation.
  • Propose AI/ML based solution approaches including effort estimates for implementing new use cases.
  • Knowledge of datasets, pre-built models available in open community and 3rd party providers.
  • Develop and optimize machine learning models for analysing data.
  • Al/ML domains with proven problem-solving and deployment expertise - Computer vision, Structured data, NLP, Speech.
  • Multi-spectral or hyperspectral image analysis includes data preprocessing (data correction, data cleaning, data calibration, band reflectance adjustment, etc.), image alignment, image stitching/registration, and so on using UAV/Image metadata information.
  • Creating digital surface models (DSMs) and orthomosaics from processed point clouds and computing different indices using different bands of images.


Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • B.E/B. Tech in computer or other related engineering fields with 7+ years of related work experience Computer Vision, Machine learning and Deep Learning.
  • Exposure to develop machine learning models and deploying them for production.
  • Proven experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and image processing libraries (e.g., OpenCV).
  • Must have implemented machine learning models end to end.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages.
  • Familiarity with GIS and spatial data analysis tools is desirable.


Required Expertise:

  • Proficiency in processing and analysing drone-captured images, including multispectral data.
  • Expertise in image stitching techniques to create high-resolution mosaics from overlapping drone images.
  • Hands-on experience in Python and R.
  • ML Framework – OpenCV, TensorFlow, Pytorch.
  • Understanding of data structures, and data modeling.
  • Ability to write robust code in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with NumPy, Pandas, MatplotLib, Seaborn, and Scikit-Learn Libraries.
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like Keras, TensorFlow, and Pytorch.
  • Hands-on experience training a deep learning model, and hyperparameter tuning.
  • Experience in Azure ML is a plus.
