Deputy Business Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets for the transport logistic India.
- Build and managing a strong sales pipeline, identifying and securing participation from key industry players.
- Analyse the emerging market trends and align with the set target for trade fair growth.
- Work with Project Director building business development strategies
Business Development:
- Market research and analysis to identify new customer segments for the transport logistic India and future trade show expansion.
- Foster strategic partnerships with industry associations, trade bodies, and media outlets to drive growth and expand reach.
- Manage existing customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat participation.
Event Operations: (in collaboration with the Centralised teams)
- Monitor and optimize booth allocation and layout to maximize space utilization and minimize customer conflicts.
- Work with the functional teams to guarantee seamless on-site execution.
- Identify and target new visitor segments based on market needs and exhibitor profiles.
- Develop and propose effective buyer acquisition strategies to attract a qualified audience.
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives to create brand awareness and generate interest in the transport logistic India.
Key Account Management:
- Secure participation from key industry players, both established and from new market segments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their continued participation and maximizing their revenue contribution (square meters, sponsorships, etc.).
- Build strong industry relationships In collaboration with the Project Director
- Build and maintain positive relationships with relevant industry associations, government agencies and other important Regularly prepare and submit comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports to track progress and measure success. (ref:iimjobs.com)
