- Giving constructive guidance and feedback to teams regarding ideas and strategies


- Analyzing marketing trends and staying up to date with developments in the industry


- Managing teams to make sure that high quality content is delivered on time

- Providing final approvals on all creative projects


- Overseeing all creative projects from start to finish


- Training junior members and new hires and assimilating them into existing teams


- Consistently monitoring teams performances and conducting routine evaluations


- Maintaining strict systems and processes to ensure efficiency among your Creative and strategic aptitude


- Over 7 years of prior experience in a creative role


- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple teams and brands


- Excellent leadership skills


- Overall understanding of digital media marketing, brand-building strategy
