About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Vice President to join our dynamic team in Gurugram.
This pivotal full-time, on-site role will be instrumental in overseeing critical day-to-day operations, fostering strong client relationships, ensuring seamless team coordination, and contributing significantly to strategic planning initiatives.
The successful candidate will be a key driver of business growth and will play a crucial role in upholding and enhancing our commitment to exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Vice President, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Operational Oversight: Manage and optimize daily operational workflows to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the real estate process.
- Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate professionals, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring effective coordination across various projects and departments.
- Strategic Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contribute to the development and execution of growth strategies, and expand the company's market presence.
- Performance Management: Monitor team and individual performance against targets, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of real estate market trends, regulations, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions and identify potential opportunities or risks.
- Financial Acumen: Apply strong financial understanding to manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to sound financial planning.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify challenges and implement effective solutions to ensure smooth operations and client Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
- A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is highly preferred.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record in management and client relations roles.
- Leadership & Management: Demonstrated strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven financial acumen and strategic planning skills, with the ability to analyze market data and contribute to business growth initiatives.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Developer Relations: Experience in working successfully with leading real estate developers is highly desirable.
- Deal Track Record: A proven track record of successful real estate deals and achieving business objectives
