This role demands deep technical troubleshooting, collaboration with development and infrastructure teams, and a commitment to maintaining system stability and performance.Key Responsibilities:- Provide L3-level support for Java-based applications and services. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues related to application performance, data integrity, and system errors. - Manage and execute deployment activities across environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod). - Handle application packaging and release management using Maven and related tools. - Apply patches and updates to applications and environments, ensuring minimal downtime. - Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth release cycles. - Maintain documentation for deployment processes, support resolutions, and patching schedules. - Monitor system health and proactively identify potential issues.Required Skills:- Strong proficiency in Java, SQL, and Maven. - Experience with application deployment, packaging, and patching in enterprise environments. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Jenkins, Git). - Good understanding of Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
