Gen AI Expert Developer

Job Overview :

We are seeking a Generative AI Expert with deep expertise in solutioning, building, fine-tuning, deploying and maintaining Generative AI models on AWS and On-premises infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with LLMs (Large Language Models), multimodal AI, fine-tuning open-source models, and optimizing AI workloads for scalable deployment.

This role will focus on end-to-end AI model development, MLOps, and cloud-based deployment strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop & Fine-tune AI Models : Build, train, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs, vision models, and other generative AI models for various business applications.

- AWS Model Deployment : Deploy AI models on AWS using services like SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, and EC2 while ensuring scalability and performance.

- MLOps & CI/CD Pipelines : Implement MLOps best practices, automation pipelines, and monitoring for model lifecycle management.

- Optimize AI Workloads : Enhance model efficiency using quantization, distillation, and hardware acceleration (GPUs, TPUs, Inferentia, Trainium, etc.

- Data Engineering & Processing : Work with structured & unstructured data, ensuring seamless data pipelines, preprocessing, and feature engineering.

- Security & Compliance : Ensure compliance with AWS security best practices, responsible AI principles, and data privacy laws (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.

- Collaboration : Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, cloud architects, and business teams to align AI solutions with business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience in Generative AI, including LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral), Stable Diffusion, GANs, and VAEs.

- Candidate should have 2+ years of experience in Generative AI and 3+ years of experience in developing and optimizing ML models.

- Proficiency in AWS AI/ML services, such as SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, and Step Functions.

- Strong programming skills in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain/ LlamaIndex, or DeepSpeed.

- Experience with fine-tuning open-source models and optimizing AI models for cost-efficiency and performance.

- Experience in evaluating RAG pipliens using Deepeval.

- Experience in building Agents in Frameworks(AUTOGEN, METAGPT, BEDROCK agents).

- Understanding of MLOps, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and monitoring tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases, AWS CloudWatch).

- Knowledge of vector databases (Milvus, Pinecone, ChromaDB), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and embeddings (OpenAI, Cohere, AWS Titan).

- Experience in API deployment using FastAPI, Flask, or AWS Lambda Functions.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scaling AI models for real-world applications.

- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :

- Experience with serverless AI model deployments using AWS Lambda or Bedrock.

- Experience in GRAPH databases(neo4j), Cipher and implement RAG using GRAPHDB.

- Familiarity with fine-tuning proprietary models (Claude, Gemini, GPT-4, Mistral, Meta AI models, etc.

- Knowledge of AI ethics, responsible AI, and model interpretability.

- Experience in generating synthetic data for AI model training.
