We are looking for a skilled Adobe CJA Developer to join our growing team. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). You will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights and driving meaningful business outcomes through analytics.

Key Responsibilities :

- CJA Implementation - Architect, design, and implement scalable CJA solutions leveraging Adobe Experience Platform. Build advanced tracking solutions to capture end-to-end customer journey data.

- Data Modeling - Create and maintain XDM schemas, datasets, and data models that support complex business reporting and personalization use cases.

- Data Ingestion - Connect and ingest data from multiple sources including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, and third-party platforms to ensure unified customer views.

- Data Visualization & Reporting - Develop dashboards, reports, and advanced data visualizations that provide deep insights into customer behavior. Ensure reports are easy to understand and actionable for business teams.

- Analytics & Insights - Translate raw data into meaningful insights. Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in customer journeys to improve marketing strategies, campaign performance, and customer engagement.

- Collaboration - Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and IT stakeholders to align analytics solutions with business goals. Act as a bridge between technical and business teams.

-Troubleshooting - Debug issues related to data ingestion, transformations, and visualization. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and performance optimization within the CJA environment.

- Best Practices & Governance - Establish data governance standards, tagging frameworks, and process automation to ensure data quality and security across projects.

Requirements :

- Experience : 3+ years in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), CJA, or similar enterprise analytics tools.

- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Adobe CJA, AEP, SQL, JavaScript, APIs, and modern visualization tools.

- Analytical Skills : Strong ability to interpret complex datasets, identify key metrics, and generate meaningful insights.

- Collaboration : Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, remote teams.

- Ownership : A proactive mindset with the ability to independently handle projects and suggest improvements.

Nice to Have :

- Experience across the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem (Analytics, Campaign, Target, Launch).

- Familiarity with data science concepts - predictive analytics, segmentation, and machine learning use cases.

- Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for advanced data integration and storage solutions.

- Exposure to ETL pipelines and real-time data processing frameworks.
