Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for a Corporate Sales Account Manager. The Corporate Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, identifying business opportunities, and negotiating and closing sales deals. The role involves daily interaction with clients, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The responsibilities also include meeting sales targets, resolving customer issues, and participating in industry events and trade shows.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
