Job Title : Lead Backend Engineer. Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid Model). Experience : 9+ Years (Lead experience mandatory). Job Type : Full-time. Job Summary : We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Backend Engineer with strong expertise in C#, .NET, Node.js, and experience with modern databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or SQL. The ideal candidate will lead backend architecture and development initiatives, oversee CI/CD and Cloud DevOps implementations, and guide a high-performing engineering team to deliver scalable and secure backend solutions.Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable backend systems using C#, .NET, and Node.js.- Architect robust APIs and microservices aligned with business needs and performance standards.- Collaborate with front-end, DevOps, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.- Drive CI/CD pipeline implementation, ensuring smooth deployment cycles and minimal downtime.- Manage and mentor a team of backend developers, ensuring code quality, efficiency, and performance.- Ensure application reliability, scalability, and security across all backend components.- Conduct regular code reviews, provide technical guidance, and enforce engineering best practices.- Troubleshoot and optimize backend performance, database queries, and system bottlenecks.- Work closely with stakeholders to define architectural strategy and long-term technology roadmap.Technical Skills Required : - Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Framework/Core.- Expertise in Node.js development and service integration.- Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or SQL databases.- Solid understanding of Cloud DevOps principles (Azure/AWS/GCP preferred).- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).- Familiarity with API design, REST, and GraphQL frameworks.- Experience in designing and implementing software architecture and scalable backend solutions.- Strong debugging, optimization, and analytical skills.Behavioral Skills : - Excellent communication and leadership abilities.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, fast-paced environment.- Passion for technology, innovation, and mentoring teams.Educational Qualification : Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
