Job Title: AWS Sales Professional Location: Hyderabad Experience: 5 - 8 years Budget: Below 15LPA Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Generate leads through events, cold calling, email marketing, and other outreach methods. Identify and engage potential customers to promote AWS services and solutions. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals. Solution Selling Understand customer needs and craft tailored AWS solutions, including migration, infrastructure setup, and optimization. Collaborate with technical teams to create compelling proposals and presentations. Market Knowledge Stay up to date with the latest AWS services, IT infrastructure trends, and emerging technologies such as IOT, Blockchain, AI/ML. Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights into industry advancements. Deal Closing Manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals with enterprise clients. Negotiate contracts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both clients and the company. Reporting & Collaboration Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts. Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding. Qualifications 5 - 8 years of proven experience in IT sales, with a focus on AWS or cloud services. Strong understanding of AWS solutions, IT infrastructure, and cloud migration strategies. In-depth knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, IoT & blockchain Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and internal teams. Ability to manage complex sales processes and negotiate high-value contracts. Preferred Skills AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate / AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner). Experience working with enterprise clients across various industries. Familiarity with ERPs like SAP and Microsoft Business Central. Knowledge of industry best practices for cloud adoption and AWS Well-Architected Reviews (WAR).
