Job Description

The Assistant Manager Business Finance will be responsible for supporting the financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and reporting activities for the business unit.

The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to provide data-driven insights, track performance, and assist in driving financial discipline across functions.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasts, and monthly/quarterly financial reviews.

- Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget) and provide commentary on deviations.

- Prepare and maintain financial models to support planning and decision-making.

- Support the tracking of KPIs, business metrics, and operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with business and operational teams to gather inputs and validate assumptions.

- Generate timely and accurate MIS reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.

- Participate in cost optimization, margin analysis, and spend control activities.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate financial policies.

- Assist in preparing business cases and financial feasibility studies for new initiatives.
