Responsibilities

1.BE/Btech or Equivalent with 8yrs - 12 yrs in Automotive Plastic Injection Molding Industry.

2.RFQ generation, discussion and sign off with suppliers

3.Conduct the DFM and DFA (Design for manufacturing and assembly) reviews at the design stage to determine the initial manufacturing processes.

4.Identification of FTG, Manpower, secondary equipment, Material handling systems for new projects assembly

5.Preparation of PFC,PFMEA, Pokayoke WI for new projects processs.

Establish the estimated cycle times,capacity sheet, line balancing, in the design stage and continually update these in subsequent build phases.

6.Fesibility study of new process. Generation of CPR in to system. Technical sign off with suppliers

7.Cor-ordination,follow ups, Monitoring with suppliers for development of FTG, Pakaging,Equipments.

8.FTG design review & feedbacks to supplier.

9.Process qualification and trials at supplier and at IAC.

10.Develop the plant layout in coordination with all plant departments and ensure maximum space utilization. Line set up with all 4M Readiness. And FTG installation sign off. Development of packaging

11.Co-ordination of PTRs for achiving targets like JPH,STR,OK Ratio.

Process improvements in existing set up

12.Effective involvement in to QS/IATF/MMA/MSES process requirements

Maintain 5S at respective defined area. Kaizen filling and submission. Estimate preparation for project
