Lead Engineer, Manufacturing Test Engineering

We at SEDEMAC are on the look-out for a Lead Engineer, MTE to join our stellar Manufacturing Test Engineering Team.
Major Skills and Responsibilities
1. Setup of test systems & procedures for validation of products
2. Driving RCA & CAPA for Inhouse & field failures
3. Conduct CM and PM
4. Preparation of PM check list
5. Should keep all equipment and machines in good healthy condition
6. Conduct New line operator trainings
7. Implementation Kaizen and Poka-yoke
8. Attend machine breakdowns
9. Consumable spares parts and high lead time spare parts management
10. Monitoring and control of Die, fixture, and wear n tear parts
11. Triggering in case of end of life of fixture
Key Skills : ICT, Functional Testers, Automotive Testing, Testing Line Support, Embedded Testing, Test Planning, NI LabVIEW, EOL Testers, Tester Maintenance.
Information on Selection Process
• The selection process will include an aptitude test plus interviews
• There will be a focus on evaluation of the candidate’s understanding of technical, analytical & logical skills
• It is estimated that the entire selection process can take from 3 to 4 weeks
Education & Experience
• 8-14 years of experience
• BE/ ME /B.Tech/ M.Tech ( Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Control System, Instrumentation Engg.)
