Responsibility / Key Performance:

1. Accounts and Finance:

- Maintaining the accounts, preparation, and finalization of quarterly and annual balance sheet.

- Managing the accounting of all day-to-day transactions of sales, purchases and other payments.

- Preparation of financial MIS for management.

- Handling the statutory and internal audits.

- Managing the cash flow of the company.

2. Statutory Compliances:

- Ensuring timey compliance related to GST, TDS, Income tax and other applicable Laws.

- Ensure timely response to stakeholders / investors.

- Assist in handling tax litigations.

- Provide support for secretarial compliances.

3. Internal Controls:

- Ensuring all internal controls are well placed in the company.
