Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced MS Teams Engineer with a strong background in administration, Cisco WebEx Unity, and voice project management.

The ideal candidate should be ready to join immediately and have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

This role requires flexibility and the ability to work extended hours when necessary.

Key Responsibilities :

- MS Teams Administration : Manage and configure Microsoft Teams environments according to business requirements.

- Cisco WebEx Unity : Hands-on experience with Cisco WebEx Unity for voice solutions and collaboration.

- Voice Projects : Oversee voice-related projects, including implementation and troubleshooting.

- Call Quality Troubleshooting : Use diagnostic tools and the Call Quality Dashboard to troubleshoot user call quality issues.

- Reports Management : Generate and manage reports from the Microsoft Teams Admin Center.

- Emergency Services : Provision and maintain systems for emergency 911 services for office voice terminations.

- PSTN & DID Management : Work with Masergy for PSTN-related issues, assign Direct Inward Dialing (DID) numbers, and manage address and voice numbering plans per E-164 dialing schemes.

- SBC Management : Manage trunk utilization and certificate management within the Teams Admin Center.

- Call Routing : Configure and manage call queues, auto-attendants, and update knowledge base documents.

- Vendor Management : Collaborate with Masergy and other vendors for service provider-related issues.

- Monitoring : Monitor trunk utilization, PSTN usage, and Teams Admin Center for quality issues.

Additional Requirements :

- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

- Project management experience including tracking, collaboration, meetings, and vendor management.

- Ability to work extended hours based on project needs.

Desired Skills and Qualifications :

Experience : 5 to 8 years in MS Teams administration, voice projects, and troubleshooting.

Technical Expertise :

- Strong hands-on experience with MS Teams and Cisco WebEx Unity.

- Proficiency in managing PSTN, SBC, and emergency services provisioning.

- Familiarity with the Call Quality Dashboard and Teams Admin Center.

- Experience in managing DIDs, call queues, auto-attendants, and trunk certificates.

Soft Skills : Dynamic, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.

Certifications : Any relevant certifications in MS Teams, Cisco WebEx, or related technologies would be a plus.

Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
